ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on order volume and destination. Please refer to your order confirmation email for the most current tracking and dispatch information.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and securely. All shipments are fully tracked for customer peace of mind.

DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS

We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to select regions, including the EU and the United States, where applicable duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout to reduce the risk of unexpected charges on delivery. Due to recent changes in U.S. trade regulations, shipments to the United States may be subject to import duties. These charges are calculated and included at checkout where possible; however, additional fees may still be requested by local authorities. All duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For destinations outside DDP-supported regions, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by their country of residence.

ROYAL MAIL – SAFE PLACE DELIVERIES

Royal Mail has updated its delivery service to automatically enable delivery to a designated Safe Place. If you do not wish to use this option, you can opt out or set your preferred Safe Place by downloading and managing your preferences via the Royal Mail app.
