Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To start a return or exchange, please use our return portal.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- unused
- in its original packaging
- with all original tags attached
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
You can request a return by emailing team@marrldn.com. Return labels are only provided for damaged items or if you received the wrong product.
RETURN SHIPPING
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.
WHEN WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN
Your return may be declined if:
- the item is worn, washed, or altered
- the item is missing tags or original packaging
If a return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 2 business days
- Funds will return to your original payment method within 10 business days
If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact team@marrldn.com.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
- sale items
- gift cards
EXCHANGES
For the fastest exchange, return the item you have. Once accepted, you can place a new order.
EU: 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
