WHERE ARE MARR PIECES MADE?
Our Sac de Voyage is handcrafted in a small atelier in Senegal using recycled leather. Our Art of Leather story explores the craft behind our leather pieces.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Dispatch timing varies by piece and order volume. For an update on your order, refer to your order confirmation or email team@marrldn.com with your order number.
The Sac de Voyage is made to order and takes approximately 3–4 weeks to be ready, before shipping. Check each product description for any specific production lead time.
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 1–3 working days with Royal Mail in the UK, or next working day with DPD Express. International estimates are 3–5 business days to Europe, 5–7 to the US and 5–10 to the rest of the world. These are delivery estimates, separate from production and dispatch time. WHERE DO YOU SHIP, AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We ship to the UK and internationally with tracking. UK rates are £5.25 for Royal Mail Tracked 48, £6.25 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and from £8.50 for DPD Express. International tracked rates are £12 for Europe, £16 for the US and £18 for the rest of the world.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags, original packaging and proof of purchase.
Email team@marrldn.com to request approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. For an exchange, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Our published policy excludes sale items and gift cards. For eligibility, return shipping and refund details, read the Refund Policy. If you are ordering a made-to-order piece and need to check return eligibility, contact us before purchase.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?
Check the fit description and Size & Fit information on the product page: silhouettes vary between pieces, from fitted to relaxed and oversized.
If you need help choosing, contact us with the product name, your usual size and your measurements before ordering.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PIECE?
Follow the care instructions supplied with your piece. Different fabrics and leather finishes need different care.
For advice about a specific item, including recycled leather, contact us with the product name before washing, cleaning or applying a treatment.
WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES?
Our Shipping Policy provides for Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to selected regions, including the EU and US, where applicable charges are included at checkout. For US orders, additional fees may still be requested by local authorities.
For destinations outside DDP-supported regions, you are responsible for applicable import duties, customs fees and local taxes. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable under our policy. Read the Shipping Policy for full details, or contact us about your destination before ordering.
